Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation 

For all orders( including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 10% of the order amount will be charged as the cost of(the order transaction handling fee, payment and refund handling fees). If you cancel an order that has entered the shipment process, 15% of the order amount will be charged as the cost of (the order transaction handling fee, payment and refund handling fees, plus ebike assembly and packaging, ebike parts procurement and shipping costs).

The order transaction handling fee, payment and refund handling fees are automatically charged by the transaction service provider and payment service provider.

Change of Shipping Address: No charge fee.

Exchanges Item: No charge fee

After Shipping

Cancellation after shipping is subject to a 25% cancellation fee and the return shipping cost. You may refuse to sign in the package and return it to the sender. Please contact daylyridebikes@gmail.com to continue this process.

Exchange

Before Shipping

Free of charge. Please contact daylyridebikes@gmail.com to continue this process.

Shipped but not received

A $30 processing fee will be charged if you exchange the item successfully. If you fail to exchange the item, you may refuse to sign in the package and return it to the sender. Note:Cancellation after shipping is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Please contact daylyridebikes@gmail.com to continue this process.

Delivered

Please refer to the return policy to start a return and exchange if you prefer exchanging after the ebike has been delivered.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

You will be charged up to a 15% restocking fee (withheld from the refund). Please contact daylyridebikes@gmail.com to continue this process.

NOTICE:
If your return or exchange request is approved by DAYLYRIDE, you may receive a new product or a refund. The shipping label will be provided by DAYLYRIDE, please do not ship them by yourself before receiving the shipping label.

Please send us a notification with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or refund your money. This will be processed in 2 business days. If the returned items do not match the given requirements above, we will not accept the return. We will send it back to you immediately with notifications. Please be aware, restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

Returns

After your E-bike is delivered, you can start a return process within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Before starting a return process, the customer needs to contact daylyridebikes@gmail.com to get approval for the return. We will not accept returns without permission from DAYLYRIDE.

Unused Items

  • To start a return, make sure the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust, and odour-free. It should be in the original package and condition when you received it.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. 
  • You will be charged up to a 25% restocking fee (withheld from the refund).

    Used Items
  • We do not accept any returns on used items, except few rare EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 business days of approval, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at daylyridebikes@gmail.com

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item may be damaged during transportation as received. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact daylyridebikes@gmail.com and provide us with photos or videos proof.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims after 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
• All accessories.
• Special orders.
