What should I do if my DAYLYRIDE battery cannot be charged?

If I don't ride for a long time, how should I store my battery?
DAYLYRIDE batteries should be stored at room temperature between 50-86° F. This storage temperature is critical because prolonged storage in extremely cold or hot environments can cause damage to the battery cells.
Will my e-bike battery explode?
Actually, no. Under normal storage and use, the ebike battery will not explode. If the battery is aging, it should be replaced in time.
Can I charge my electric with other chargers?
In fact, we do not recommend doing this. Different models are equipped with different charger parameters. Be careful when using chargers of different brands without the firm guidance of professionals.
How to minimize damage to the battery in daily use?
Make full use of coasting. When going downhill, try to use the power-off coasting to slow down. When you are about to encounter a traffic light, start coasting in advance to minimize braking.
When starting, turn the handle slowly, which is relatively safer and avoids the impact of large current on the battery. It can also reduce the loss of battery power and damage to its life.
